Alicia & Ken’s wedding was my first on a golf course. When they first came to me, and said they were having a western style wedding but getting ready in the same house, I had to speak up. The traditional walk down the aisle, groom seeing his bride for the first time often makes for some of the most memorable photos of the wedding. And so thankfully they agreed to not see each other dressed up before the ceremony. Which was a challenge as they both prepared in their house with bridesmaids, groomsmen and both sets of parents around.
Alicia and Ken are a very warm, friendly couple – after our initial meeting this was confirmed at their engagement photo session at an Adelaide beach. They are also a really fun-loving couple, and after some emotional speeches, the dancing was non-stop until the end of the reception. It was really fun.
The wedding ceremony was held on the balcony at Glenelg Golf Course, and the reception was held in the function hall at the same location. Good luck with your wedding celebrations in Malaysia next year, Alicia and Ken!
