September was busy. Photographing three weddings is more than enough for one month, not to say they all weren’t enjoyable and immensely appreciated. I’ve truly been fortunate to have had the privilege of covering the weddings of the couples I have until now – all tremendous people with different stories.
That said, October brought a welcome rest period that I spent as much time with family as possible.
For the most part we didn’t do anything too special, just hung out. We visited the botanic gardens, markets and took walks along the Heysen Trail (not part of my project – next leg of that will in November) and other lovely spots around Adelaide.
My Auntie Mandi Glynn-Jones had her art projected onto the wall of a building at The Port Festival [Well done Mandi!]. There was also a grand display of a mix of Artist’s work projected all down Lipson St. The kids loved chasing the moving display.
We also had the pleasure of being guests at the wedding of a good school friend, congrats once again Kimberly and Andrew!
I purchased a new lens – the 35mm f1.4. Many of the shots below were practice with this in preparation for Lily & Aaron‘s wedding on the weekend. Raring to get back into it!
